Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email: [email protected]
- Include photos and order details
We will:
- Offer a replacement OR
- Issue a refund (case-by-case basis)
3. Non-Delivery
If your package is marked delivered but not received:
- Contact the shipping carrier first
- Then contact us for assistance
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
- Cancellation requests must be made immediately after purchase
